I began consulting in 2004 and have over 20 years experience in the delivery of mental health, substance abuse, chronic disease management, and EAP and wellness services. I possess a talent for making the “softer” program components concrete and measurable, a proven track record in improving operations and expanding existing programs, and a demonstrated ability to successfully navigate among the often-competing constituencies in health care. I have significant experience in operations including quality assurance, data management and report design.
